The XH-30000 polyethylene hitch mounted salt spreader adopts a polyethylene composite structure, with a single barrel capacity of 1 cubic meter * 3=3 cubic meters. Its advantages are: it is more sturdy than a single barrel structure and can hold a larger capacity of snow melting agent.

The upper part of the rotating shaft adopts a triangular umbrella shaped baffle and a side leakage feeding method to prevent the snow melting agent from pressing on the dragon for a long time, which may cause overload of the rotating shaft operation and hollow space after the snow melting agent is squeezed.

The installation method of the bilateral vibrator adopts a layout of left front and right rear, achieving the best vibration effect without the accumulation of some snow melting agents.

The controller adopts independently developed chip control, with reasonable logic and easy to learn operation, making it convenient and easy for workers to operate.

	Precautions before starting the motor be careful Please confirm the safety conditions around the spreader before starting the equipment. Please do the spreading operation before the snow accumulates, as the snow is too thick and difficult to melt Children and animals are not allowed to approach the equipment during operation. During the operation of the equipment, it must not come into contact with the rotating parts. Please do not work under the influence of alcohol. Wear work clothes that meet the operational requirements for safe operations. If the regulating plate is not closed during machine startup, snowmelt agent may spill out. Please confirm that the adjustment board is closed. Do not remove the filter screen when pouring snow melting agents (salt, sand, gravel) into the material bucket from the carriage to prevent block materials from entering.
	Start the device Turn on the power switch, adjust the appropriate spreading speed, and open the adjustment baffle to the appropriate size. During machine operation, the vehicle must not be turned off to prevent battery feeding. During the homework process, it is not allowed to add materials to the equipment. Materials can only be added when the machine is stopped and the power is cut off.
	End spreading (complete cleaning) Attention: To prevent corrosion of equipment caused by snow melting agents and industrial salts, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the equipment at the end. ①. Drive the motor speed controller to the highway. ②. Perform high-pressure cleaning from the inside of the material bucket, shake the disc out, and do not open the motor cover to prevent rainwater from entering the motor.
	Pause spreading Attention: When the motor is running at high speed, the snow melting agent will be sprayed onto the road surface in a high-speed parabolic motion. Please cover the bin door when pausing to prevent rainwater from entering the bin and causing the snow melting agent to clump. Do not remove the filter screen. When large objects are poured into the silo, they may get stuck and the motor may burn out. During operation, cover the silo lid properly.
