ProjectBackground:

This section belongs to Vietnam’s key national expressway renovation and expansion project. Frequent short-term lane-closure maintenance and night-time pavement repair work brought high collision risks for road-construction crews. Multiple units of  anti-collision buffer trucks were introduced to serve as mobile safety barriers for work zones.

On-site Application Effect:

Deployed at the rear of temporary closed construction sections. When accidental rear-end intrusion of social vehicles occurred, the honeycomb anti-collision cushion effectively absorbed crash energy. During 10-month continuous operation, zero casualties of on-site workers were recorded. The fast hydraulic flip function supported frequent site transfers for scattered segmented maintenance tasks. 360-degree panoramic monitoring helped local traffic-management departments complete accident-scene video forensics. The vehicle’s National Ⅵ-emission power unit also satisfied local environmental-protection requirements for engineering machinery.

2. Do you supply spare parts for long‑term after‑sales?

Yes, we provide permanent long-term spare parts supply for our 1m³ de-icing spreader. All wearing parts and core components are always in stock to support your local after-sales maintenance for many years.

3. What discount for full container FCL order?

We support good quantity discount for FCL full container orders. The more quantity you order, the more favorable the price. We will provide you with the best exclusive FCL quotation according to your actual order quantity.

The equipment warranty period is 12 months, calculated from the date of equipment ex-factory. For product quality defects, the Supplier shall provide maintenance guidance via telephone; on-site service is not included under warranty. Should on-site service be required, it shall be subject to mutual negotiation between both parties, and the Buyer shall bear all relevant travel and accommodation expenses. For component-related quality failures occurring within the warranty period, free repair or replacement shall be available upon mutual agreement with the Supplier. Wear-and-tear parts are excluded from this warranty.
