Set the starter generator AC circuit breaker to the OFF position; set the fuel valve to the ON position. During the chiller startup process, pull the air damper handle outward to the OFF position. Use a key to rotate it to the START position and maintain this position until the generator on the starting control panel stabilizes. Then, turn on the main power switch; set the hose heating switch to the ON position; once the thermal oil temperature reaches 230°C, turn on the stirring motor switch; once the hose temperature reaches 180°C, activate the feeding switch; during the 5–10 minute hose heating period, promptly insert the joint-sealing nozzle into the insulation box to ensure uniform heating without dead zones; after the feeding process is complete, remove the feeding nozzle, orient the nozzle tip downward, push the discharge valve switch, adjust the discharge speed, and commence construction.
