Asphalt hot melt box
The asphalt hot melt box is the main component of the asphalt crack filler machine, which provides asphalt (asphalt mortar) with a temperature that meets the requirements. It contains a blade type forced mixer and a grid style heat transfer coil to ensure uniform heating of the asphalt material. The thermal oil is indirectly heated by a branded burner and the temperature can be automatically adjusted. To ensure the rapid and uniform melting of asphalt, start the mixer and mix the asphalt material when the asphalt reaches 80-100 ℃ (thinning).
Asphalt spray gun
Hot asphalt (asphalt mortar) is injected into the joint through an asphalt spray gun under the action of an asphalt pump. To improve the bonding effect, the device is designed as a dual pipe circulation loop. There is a cavity sliding shoe iron at the nozzle, which can restrict the asphalt sprayed by the nozzle within the range of the iron to prevent the diffusion of asphalt. The sprayed asphalt that did not enter the crack is sent back to the asphalt hot melt box through the circuit pipe, so that the hot asphalt in the crack adheres well to the preheated joint wall. At the same time, due to the action of the iron, the joint is flat and clean.
Ignition heating system
The gas ignition system consists of an automatic ignition system, a burner, and other components. The automatic ignition system has two temperature regulators, one regulating the temperature of the heat transfer oil (whose highest temperature is usually set at the factory), and the other regulating the temperature of the asphalt. When both regulators are adjusted, the flame of the burner remains constant. The burner should be fixed at the optimal combustion point to achieve the best combustion effect.
The heat transfer oil pipe is wrapped around the hot melt box to indirectly heat the asphalt. At the same time as the hot melt box, the asphalt spraying hose and asphalt pump are also heated.
Hydraulic drive system
The hydraulic intelligent crack sealing machine is equipped with an independent engine, which uses hydraulic drive to provide power to the asphalt mixer drive motor, asphalt pump drive motor, and thermal oil circulation drive motor. Generally speaking, joint filling is a part of the entire road surface joint filling operation. Before filling, it is necessary to determine whether the joint needs to be expanded based on its condition, and after filling, stone chips should be scattered as appropriate.
For some small joints, they should be expanded to a construction joint with a depth of 40mm and a width of 12mm using a joint expansion machine before grouting. After cleaning, they can be repaired using a grouting machine. After grouting, evenly spread the preheated stone chips on the seam dragged by the iron to complete the repair work of a crack.
