Project Background: As a vital logistics and livelihood corridor in northern Mozambique, this highway suffers frequent transverse and longitudinal pavement cracks under heavy seasonal rainfall. Rainwater infiltration causes pavement collapse and triggers costly rehabilitation. The local contractor purchased multiple FND-TSG500 trailer-type crack sealing machines for preventive maintenance, aiming to improve construction efficiency and control total maintenance budget.
On-site Application Effect: The integrated router chassis with quick-release lifting arm removes demand for separate trailer rental for accessory transport. Warranty
The equipment warranty period is 12 months, calculated from the date of equipment ex-factory. For product quality defects, the Supplier shall provide maintenance guidance via telephone; on-site service is not included under warranty. Should on-site service be required, it shall be subject to mutual negotiation between both parties, and the Buyer shall bear all relevant travel and accommodation expenses. For component-related quality failures occurring within the warranty period, free repair or replacement shall be available upon mutual agreement with the Supplier. Wear-and-tear parts are excluded from this warranty.
The Supplier shall arrange logistics to deliver the equipment to the location designated by the Buyer. Freight costs shall be borne by the Buyer. The Buyer shall be responsible for the unloading and acceptance of the equipment.
