Operation process of spreader controller:

	Power on: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. Open the screen, display the control interface, and show real-time voltage. Turn on the power indicator light. When the power supply voltage is abnormal, the indicator light flashes.
	Vibration, pre wetting, warning lights, lighting: switch The above correspond to the four relay switches on the driver. Activate and deactivate through signal transmission commands. Feedback status information after normal opening or closing. The controller receives status information corresponding to the activation indicator light and screen display. The screen displays three states: 1 off, 2 on, and 3 abnormal.
	Conveyor belt and spreading motor: The above are controlled by two speed control knobs. The speed control knob has the same functions as vibration, lighting, etc. Rotating EC11 corresponds to an increase in PWM speed regulation in the clockwise direction. The speed regulation will have 50 gears. Corresponding to 50 level PWM speed regulation of the driver. The screen displays 10 levels from 1 to 10. When the motor experiences overcurrent, the driver receives an overcurrent signal. The driver shuts down the corresponding motor. Send abnormal motor commands to the controller. The corresponding prompt of the controller is abnormal.
	Overheating protection and emergency stop signal: When the driver receives an up signal, all functions are turned off. And provide feedback to the controller
	Controller box door open detection: The external emergency stop IO of the controller receives a low signal indicating that the box door is open. At this time, all motors are turned off, leaving only the warning lights and illumination lights unchanged.
	Shutdown: Press and hold the power button for 1 second to turn off the device. The controller and driver enter low-power sleep mode. Short press the power button to turn off all functions.

Q1: What is the hopper capacity? How much material can it hold at maximum?

A: Hopper volume is 1 cubic meter, maximum loading weight reaches 1200 kg for granular de-icing salt and de-icer. Large-volume design greatly reduces intermediate refilling times and improves working efficiency for large-area snow-removal jobs.

Q2: What materials can this spreader broadcast?

A: Industrial de-icing salt, granular de-icer, fine sand and granular gravel. Dual vibration motors improve feeding for slightly caked salt. Hard-blocked material should be crushed in advance.

Q3: Do I need an extra generator for this machine?

A: No external generator required. Operates directly by pickup truck battery, standard DC12V, DC24V is optional for heavy-duty light trucks.

Q4: Can I adjust spreading width and material output while driving? A: Yes. Two independent stepless speed knobs allow real-time adjustment of feeding rate and spreading width during operation.

Q5: Will material bridging occur under full-load 1m³ hopper condition?

A: This machine is specially equipped with dual-vibration motor plus forced auger feeding system optimized for full-hopper condition, effectively prevent bridging and guarantee stable discharging when fully loaded.

Q6: Will hopper corrode by de-icing salt?

A: The hopper is made of polyethylene material, highly resistant to salt and de-icing chemical corrosion, avoiding rust and perforation issues of traditional metal hoppers.
