The molten material is heated indirectly using a hot oil hot melt kettle, and the temperature can be adjusted as needed. The automatic temperature control system will not directly burn the sealant. The flame blows downwards at a 45 degree angle towards the combustion chamber wall, without direct contact with the hot melt kettle. The air inside the combustion chamber is fully burned, resulting in high heat utilization efficiency.

Recycling of materials in the silo and placement of material guns.

1. Please turn the switch of the material pump motor to the return position, then the material in the material gun can be slowly recycled back into the hot melt kettle.

2. After about 2-3 minutes,please confirm that there is no more material overflowing, turn the switch of the material pump motor to the "off" position.

3. Pull the discharge valve switch backwards to the maximum extent and place it in the "off" position.

4. Place the material gun into the side fabric gun barrel and secure it to prevent it from falling out during transportation.

Lift the air door handle with your left hand and gently press the pin top button with your right hand. The pin will bounce back to the open position and no longer press against the air door handle; At this point, pull the air door handle out of the slot and gently insert it into the air door slot.

1. Turn the feeding speed control switch to the left to the minimum "0" position .

2. Rotate the feed motor switch to the OFF position. The system stops feeding and the feeding speed is not displayed.

3. Rotate the mixing motor switch to the OFF position, and the system mixing operation will stop running.

4. Turn the left material heating and hose heating switches to the OFF position, and the system stops heating. The corresponding hose temperature, material temperature, and thermal oil temperature gauges do not display.

Stop the engine

If you want to stop the engine in an emergency, simply turn the engine switch key to the "off" position. To stop the engine under normal circumstances, please follow the following steps.

1. Turn the AC circuit breaker to the "off" position.

2. Turn the engine switch to the "off" position.

3. Turn the fuel valve to the "off" position. Adjustments can be made according to actual needs.
