FND-TG200
1. Dual-movement: tow-behind & hand-push, light-truck-tire chassis for flexible relocation & lower transport cost Supports both trailer towing and on-site hand-push movement. Heavy-duty light-truck tires deliver good off-road performance. At 750 kg total weight, no heavy-duty dedicated truck is required. Only two workers handle on-site shifting, ideal for scattered county-town road repair spots.
2. Dual-digital LCD temperature control & indirect thermal-oil constant heating avoid burnt sealant & material loss Dual digital screens real-time monitor thermal oil, sealant and heating-hose temperature. Indirect thermal-oil heating maintains stable temperature and prevents asphalt sealant from carbonizing, cutting material scrap risk and ensuring sealing quality.
3. Gun-handle electric switch for remote pump start-stop to save sealant consumption Integrated electric switch on filling-gun handle remotely controls external pump. Output starts & stops following crack work. It eliminates dripping and overflow, reduces unnecessary sealant waste and lowers project material expenditure.
4. 45° angled combustion chamber & external oil-circulation pump for high heat efficiency & easy on-site repair 45-degree oblique-flame design avoids direct flame impact on melting kettle for full combustion and better fuel efficiency. External infinitely-reversible oil-circulation pump can be serviced without kettle disassembly, shortening breakdown downtime.
5. 5.5 m imported 270° rotatable anti-bending heating hose adapts to complex cracks & reduces machine repositioning 5.5-meter full-length electric-heating imported hose rotates 270 degrees freely. It works for transverse, longitudinal and curve cracks without frequent machine relocation, expanding single-operator working coverage.
6. Low-level feeding port with splash-proof plate & full thermal insulation to reduce fatigue and scald hazards Low-height filling opening equipped with splash-proof baffle, no heavy lifting required. Tank and hoses are thermally insulated to protect operators from high-temperature scald injuries during feeding.
7. Brand variable-speed electric mixer plus built-in toolbox improve field maintainability Taiwan-brand variable-speed mixing motor delivers even blending with simple, service-friendly structure. On-board integrated toolbox keeps tools & spare accessories handy for quick field maintenance.
Project Background: Preventive-maintenance project for 19 km provincial & county-town roads in Eastern Uganda. Crack spots were widely scattered. Local logistics lacked heavy-duty transport trucks. Huge tropical day-night temperature swing and long spare-part lead-time required lightweight tow-behind filler to cut transport and material cost.
Project Location: Provincial & county-town roads, Eastern Region, Uganda
Challenges
1. Scattered work sites made truck-mounted heavy fillers impractical. Special large vehicles brought high transport expenses.
2. Poor temperature control on legacy machines frequently burnt sealant under high temperature or left it under-melted in cool conditions, causing heavy material waste.
3. Submerged built-in pump required complicated kettle disassembly for repair. Field sites had limited maintenance support and suffered long-time shutdown after breakdown.
4. Numerous curve and diagonal cracks. Limited hose rotation forced frequent machine repositioning and lowered productivity.
5. Primitive site conditions made tool-carrying inconvenient. High feeding port increased worker fatigue and scald risk.
Solution: Three FND-TG200 tow-behind crack fillers were deployed. Dual tow-behind / hand-push mode with heavy-duty tires suited rough rural roads without heavy-duty trucks. Dual-digital temperature display plus indirect thermal-oil heating stabilized sealant status. Gun-handle electric switch minimized dripping waste. External reversible oil-circulation pump enabled simple field service. 5.5-m 270° rotatable hose handled multi-directional cracks. Low-level splash-proof feeding port plus full insulation improved safety. Built-on-board toolbox stored service accessories.
Project Outcome: Ordinary utility vehicles completed machine towing without dedicated heavy trucks. Sealant burning and incomplete-melting incidents dropped significantly. Pump faults could be resolved on-site without prolonged halt. Less machine repositioning improved daily working mileage. Full 19 km crack-sealing finished on-schedule. Sealed joints remained solid through rainy seasons and protected road subgrade effectively.
