2. Unique recirculation heating design. Melted sealant at kettle bottom flows back to upper section for secondary heating, shortening melting waiting time and supporting long‑hour continuous field operation.
3. External discharge pump features higher material throughput than submersible pump. Easy disassembly, maintenance and part replacement reduce after‑sales operation cost.
4. Heat‑transfer‑oil interlayer kettle requires less thermal oil than competing products. It realizes faster heating speed and longer oil replacement interval to cut consumable expenses.

Project Background: National Highway 21 of Laos is a vital north‑south transportation artery. Subject to heavy rainfall and heavy‑truck traffic, the pavement suffers frequent transverse and longitudinal cracks. Water infiltration continuously damages road base. Delayed preventive sealing will lead to massive pavement failure and costly full‑scale rehabilitation. The local road‑service contractor purchased multiple FND‑TG500 trailer‑type crack filling machines for regular crack routing and sealing, aiming to improve maintenance efficiency and control overall road‑operation budget.
On‑site Application Effect: The lifting arm with 500KG lifting capacity quickly mounts the grooving machine for integrated grooving‑sealing workflow. Separate transport vehicles for attachments are no longer required, cutting rental and transfer expenditure. The circulating re‑heating system finishes sealant melting within only 35 minutes and reduces downtime for material heating. The external discharge pump supports easy on‑site disassembly and inspection without tank emptying, minimizing schedule interruption caused by equipment breakdown. The 7‑meter extended bend‑resistant electric‑heating hose enlarges working coverage and cuts frequent machine repositioning to raise daily construction mileage. Omron intelligent temperature‑control system together with 45‑degree diagonal‑flame combustion chamber prevents sealant coking and material waste. Built‑in arrow warning lights guarantee safety for day‑and‑night lane‑occupying work. During the 9‑month maintenance period, crack grooving and sealing was completed for 113 kilometers of pavement. The Supplier shall arrange logistics to deliver the equipment to the location designated by the Buyer. Freight costs shall be borne by the Buyer. The Buyer shall be responsible for the unloading and acceptance of the equipment.

The equipment warranty period is 12 months, calculated from the date of equipment exfactory. For product quality defects, the Supplier shall provide maintenance guidance via telephone; onsite service is not included under warranty. Should onsite service be required, it shall be subject to mutual negotiation between both parties, and the Buyer shall bear all relevant travel and accommodation expenses. For componentrelated quality failures occurring within the warranty period, free repair or replacement shall be available upon mutual agreement with the Supplier. Wearandtear parts are excluded from this warranty.
