Operators can switch modes easily via control panel. It can heat cold asphalt mixture and keep hot mixture at working temperature. Old asphalt can be recycled on-site to cut raw-material cost. Even in cold winter or emergency rush repair, it guarantees normal road maintenance, perfect for municipal minor repair and highway medium maintenance projects. 2. Intelligent integrated control system with automatic fault alarm Central control panel monitors material tank temperature and heating status. Indicator lights and alarm lamps support quick fault diagnosis for operators. Dual-limit digital temperature controller plus mechanical over-temperature protection prevent overheating risk. 3. Zoned thermal-oil flexible heating, avoid asphalt aging & burning Thermal oil serves as heating medium. Zoned tank design enables simultaneous internal-external heating with large contact area. Uniform flexible heating prevents local overheating, burning and aging of asphalt mix. One-piece insulated tank keeps good thermal performance. Normal-temperature asphalt mixture can reach working temperature 140-160℃ within 3-4 hours. Material tank gate is driven by electric push rod for easy opening & closing. 4. High-efficiency screw discharging system with stable output Reducer drives screw conveyor for material discharging. Output capacity reaches 3 cubic meters per 15 minutes with stable feeding and low clog risk. Hydraulic motor drives auto-unloading mechanism. The equipment can be mounted on trucks with loading capacity above 6 tons for quick transit between working sites. 5. Complete night-construction safety configuration for high-traffic road repair Equipped with LED work lamp for night-time lighting. LED warning arrow lights provide over 200-meter visible distance to warn passing vehicles.
