Precise temperature management avoids burnt or incompletely-melted sealant, reduces material scrap and guarantees sealing quality.
2. Flow-adjustable electric filling gun with frequency-meter monitoring saves sealant consumption Electric trigger switch on filling gun with adjustable flow rate. Control-panel frequency meter displays output speed. Precise glue-delivery for variable-width cracks prevents overflow & dripping and cuts sealant waste.
3. Circulating sealant re-heating system shortens melting waiting & extends continuous working time Melted sealant at kettle bottom circulates back to upper section for secondary heating. It accelerates overall melting process, reduces idle waiting and raises daily working mileage per crew.
4. External material pump for fast maintenance & less project downtime External pump design delivers larger volume versus submerged pumps. Service & replacement can be performed without dismantling melting kettle. It greatly cuts repair hours and production loss caused by breakdown.
5. Thermal-oil jacket & 45° angled combustion chamber for faster heating & lower fuel cost Thermal-oil-jacket design requires less thermal-oil volume for faster temperature rise. 45-degree oblique-flame chamber avoids direct flame impact on kettle. Full combustion improves heat efficiency and lowers fuel consumption per working distance.
6. 7-meter anti-bending electric heating hose for wide working coverage Long 7-meter flexible anti-bending heating hose provides large operating radius. Handles horizontal, vertical and curve cracks without frequent machine repositioning and saves relocation labor hours.
7. Low-height filling port for labor-safe feeding & reduced operator fatigue Compact layout creates low-level feeding opening. Operators place sealant blocks without heavy lifting, lowering fatigue and risk of hot-material splash scald injuries.
8. Built-in hoist arm for crack-router integration: all-in-one routing-&-filling workflow & lower transport cost 500 KG-capacity lifting jib quickly mounts / dismounts crack router on the same chassis. One truck-mounted platform carries two-process equipment, eliminating separate transport vehicles for long-distance highway maintenance. Directional arrow warning lamp improves roadside construction safety.
Project Background: Preventive maintenance project for 32 km west-coast expressway in Peninsular Malaysia. Massive transverse and longitudinal cracks required integrated routing-and-filling work. Expressway lane-closure windows were limited. Project aimed to cut transport cost and boost construction efficiency. Hot tropical climate brought high risk of sealant over-heating & carbonization.

Challenges
1. Conventional solution required two separate vehicles for router and filler, raising transport expense and long site-transfer preparation time.
2. Poor temperature accuracy caused frequent burnt sealant under high ambient temperature and heavy material loss.
3. Submerged built-in pump needed kettle disassembly for repair. Breakdown would waste precious short expressway working windows.
4. Many curve & diagonal cracks demanded large hose working radius. Frequent machine repositioning wasted effective working hours.
5. High feeding port forced heavy manual lifting of sealant blocks, increasing operator fatigue and scald hazards.
Solution: Two units of FND-CG500 truck-mounted crack filler were deployed. On-board hoist lifted crack router onto same chassis for integrated routing-filling workflow. Omron multi-parameter temperature control avoided sealant carbonization. External pump supported quick on-site service. 7-meter flexible heating hose adapted to curve and diagonal cracks. Low-height feeding port eased labor. Arrow warning lamp improved roadside safety.
Project Outcome: Single-vehicle transport for two-process equipment eliminated one truck requirement. Site-preparation time greatly reduced. Burnt-sealant incidents dropped sharply. Pump repairs could be completed without long downtime. Less machine repositioning thanks to long-reach hose. 32 km crack-sealing finished 5 days ahead of schedule. After tropical monsoon seasons, sealed joints remained intact without water infiltration or debonding.

The equipment warranty period is 12 months, calculated from the date of equipment ex-factory. For product quality defects, the Supplier shall provide maintenance guidance via telephone; on-site service is not included under warranty. Should on-site service be required, it shall be subject to mutual negotiation between both parties, and the Buyer shall bear all relevant travel and accommodation expenses. For component-related quality failures occurring within the warranty period, free repair or replacement shall be available upon mutual agreement with the Supplier. Wear-and-tear parts are excluded from this warranty.
