Please confirm the safety conditions around the engine before starting it.
Do not start or operate the engine in a sealed space. The exhaust gas emitted by the engine can easily cause air turbidity and pose a risk of gas poisoning.
Children and animals are not allowed to approach the engine during operation.
The engine must not come into contact with the rotating part during operation.
Do not work under the influence of alcohol.
Wear work clothes that meet operational requirements for safe operations.
If the spray switch and the ball valve of the oil cup are not turned off when the engine starts, emulsion will spray out.
Please confirm that all switches and valves are closed.
1.Close the ball valve of the oil cup, open the suction switch, and turn off the spray switch.
2.Insert the suction pipe with a filter into the plastic fuel tank containing the emulsion.
When inhaling emulsion from a plastic fuel tank, do not quickly contact the filter part of the suction hose with the bottom of the tank. Instead, slowly insert it from top to bottom, which can effectively prevent the sediment generated by the separation of sand and emulsion from blocking the filter.

Start spraying:
Slowly turn on the spray switch. Suddenly turning on the spray switch will cause the emulsion to spray out rapidly from the nozzle in an instant.
Please do not pull the spray hose randomly during the homework process. Otherwise, it may damage the installation part and cause the machine to tip over.
Please step on the foot brake when spraying or stopping or interrupting operations on sloping ground.
Enter the spraying stage with a handheld spray bar.
Turn on the spray switch at the spray bar and start spraying.
Pause spraying:
Turning off the spray switch while the engine is running at high speed will exacerbate the permanent deformation of the top rod and spring inside the safety valve, ultimately leading to a sharp reduction in pump life.
The foreign objects generated by the separation of the emulsion remaining in the safety valve will get stuck on the top rod, so the suspension of spraying should not exceed 2-3 minutes.
After turning off the spray switch, the emulsion will circulate through the safety valve in the pump.
1.Push the throttle lever to low speed. 2. Turn off the spray switch.
End spraying (complete cleaning):
To prevent the emulsion from drying out and sticking to the filter, nozzle, pump, and safety valve, please make sure to thoroughly clean it after spraying.
Push the throttle lever to the low speed position.
Take out the suction pipe from the asphalt drum and suck in air from the filter screen of the suction pipe, so that all the emulsion in the suction end, spray end hose, and pump is discharged.
Add 10L of cleaning solution (kerosene or diesel) to the white cleaning oil tank.
Turn off the suction switch and spray switch, and insert the filter section of the suction pipe and the nozzle of the spray bar into the white cleaning oil tank.(As shown in Figures 8-6 below).
Turn on the suction switch and spray switch, and circulate cleaning solution to clean the suction hose, spray hose, and oil pump. The time for cyclic cleaning should be controlled within 2-3 minutes.
Remove the suction pipe from the white cleaning oil tank and discharge the cleaning fluid from the suction pipe, spray rod, and pump.
Turn off the engine and insert the filter section of the suction pipe and the nozzle of the spray rod into the cleaning fuel tank.
