yethylene snow melting spreaders are mainly used for winter emergency salt spreading operations on roads such as highways, residential areas, and airports. Our spreaders are manufactured using polyethylene material processing technology, driven by DC reduction motors, and powered by the vehicle's built-in battery. They feature stepless speed control to adjust the spreading width. The main characteristics include low power consumption, energy saving, environmental protection, no harmful gas emissions, corrosion resistance, and long service life, effectively solving the corrosion problem of traditional salt spreading equipment.

1. The upper part of the dragon uses a triangular umbrella-shaped baffle and adopts a side-leak feeding method to prevent snowmelt agents from pressing on the dragon for a long time, which could cause overload during dragon operation and hollowing after snowmelt agent compression.

2. The controller is equipped with overload and overcurrent protection to prevent equipment components from burning out when large objects enter the spreader and cause jamming.

3. The rear of the spreader is fitted with lighting and warning devices to prevent vehicles following too closely from the rear and reduce the occurrence of accidents.

4. The double-sided vibrator installation adopts a layout of left front and right rear to achieve the best vibration effect and avoid partial accumulation of snowmelt agents.

5. The controller is controlled by self-developed chips, with reasonable logic, simple and easy-to-learn operation, making it convenient for workers to operate.

6. The spreading disc is made of low-temperature resistant rubber material, which is wear-resistant and cold-resistant, with a polyester diameter of ≥36.8cm.

7. The dragon motor and spreader motor use low-temperature lubricating grease to prevent freezing and tooth jamming during low-temperature operations.

8. Our company adopts left and right dual high-frequency vibrators, which are superior to similar products.
